CONFIRM REGISTRATION

When you have completed the following:

• Completed all USA Hockey Requirements​

Send the following confirmations to the NVIHOA Registrar:

• Copy of USA Hockey Referee Card (Photo or Scan)

• Date of Birth (New Users Only)

When the NVIHOA Board has received this information:

• New Users:

  • Will receive login credentials to the scheduling system. ​

  • Update your profile and customize your password. Be sure to always keep your availability updated.

• Existing Users:

  • ​Will have their accounts updated to their current certifications.
